To provide better mainframe service for our domestic banking customers, Bayshore began to cooperate with international software vendors in 2006. We hope to provide quality service for both customers and vendors. Based on advanced professional skills and implementation ability, Bayshore has implemented many third party tools in numerous domestic banks and financial organizations. As a result of our professional work, we have been highly rated by our customers. In addition, our relationships with our software vendor partners are excellent. Some of our partners are listed below.
IBM: IBM is the mainframe product vendor in China. Bayshore cooperates with IBM software and post sales support in application system maintenance and Software product implementations. Bayshore has a subcontract with IBM to manage application maintenance projects in 3 datacenters in China. The Bayshore team has installed, implemented and maintained numerous IBM tools in some of the financial institutions. Bayshore also has subcontracts with IBM to manage several bank credit card centers.
CA (China): Bayshore began a cooperation with CA in 2006. Bayshore has become the only authorized service provider for CA (China) mainframe software. Since the start of the cooperation, Bayshore has many CA implementation and maintenance service projects in numerous financial institutions in China.
BMC (China): Bayshore established a partnership with BMC in 2007. In 2009, Bayshore implemented a BMC mainframe system tools service project in a large domestic financial institution. The Bayshore team has a high level of service experience and technical skill. This team completed the implementation service for all mainframe monitoring and management tools for the bank including 19 different BMC tools.
American Sterling: Bayshore began a cooperation with Sterling in 2008. All the Sterling products in Chinese banks are managed by Bayshore. This includes installation, implementation and maintenance services. These services are performed in both the mainframe and the open platforms. Bayshore has implemented the C:D (Connect Direct) tool in 3 large domestic commercial banks.
The financial industry is developing quickly in China. As a consequence, Bayshore is looking to cooperate with international companies that have experience and advanced technical skills. This type of cooperation can provide additional value to our financial customers in China.
Professional IT Training Service: EPS (Enterprise Performance Strategies) is a professional training service company with headquarters in the USA. EPS employees senior experts and instructors in the mainframe area. EPS provides mainframe system training and related consulting services. Bayshore has invited senior EPS instructors to China on several occasions to offer advanced mainframe technology training to our customers.
International User Communication Organization: Bayshore has become a formal member of SHARE. We are using the combination of its global resources and Bayshore’s resources to provide service to our Chinese mainframe users, and to bring more opportunities and to provide the latest technology information to our domestic mainframe users.
SHARE Inc. is an independent,
voluntary association formed by some of the earliest IT professionals in 1955. SHARE Inc. was the first computer industry association. Since 1955, it has provided user-oriented training to IBM customers and IT professionals. Participants in SHARE come from many different areas such as IT management, systems, database, applications, and networking.
